A LETTER TO EMPLOYERS

 : by the employees

We are not saying that we need all luxury but in remuneration we need our sweat given money as remuneration.

Whenever we ask for a job it doesn't mean that we need a luxurious job where we can sit on the sofa and chit chat about our personal life.

We need a job so we can stand on our feet and so we can Buy a roof for our head , buy food for our family's stomach.

We don't say that we don't want to work just want to say that give us work which is legitimate and where we can upskill ourself

Indian government also made act about fair remuneration where an employer can make an employee work 45 hours in a week but in private sector companies the employers make their employees were for more than 10 hours everyday which is not legitimate at all.

We are not beggars we just want fair remuneration with fair working hours and work ethics.

Government of India also decided minimum remuneration for the fresher employees at 14000.

But private sector companies all ways ignore this. Why all time they force US to work under there policy and neglect our needs.
